The Ottoman Court building hosts a public children’s and youth library run by the Ramallah Municipality, welcoming young readers from ages 1 to 16. The space is dedicated to nurturing a love of reading and fostering creative expression for the city’s youth.
Throughout the year, the Ottoman Court organizes programs to encourage reading among children and young people, along with various art workshops tailored to different age groups. The building also features an intimate outdoor amphitheater, seating around 150 people, which frequently serves as a venue for cultural and community events organized by civil society and arts organizations.
Additionally, the Ottoman Court is home to a public garden, open to children daily from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM during spring and summer, and until 5:00 PM in autumn and winter, providing a welcoming outdoor space for play and exploration.
