Al-Manara Complex consists of 15 floors, offering a total built-up area of 25,000 square meters. The development enriches the city’s infrastructure, provides 84 employment opportunities, contributing to local economic growth.
Officially opened in 2021, the complex features a nine-story parking structure with capacity for 450 vehicles. It includes a range of specialized facilities, including the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center, the Italian Fertility Center Clinics, a nutrition center, medical laboratory, hearing center, radiology lab, and dental clinic. Additionally, the complex will soon house medical clinics from Al-Mottala’ Hospital, Haneen Library, and a variety of offices and commercial spaces.
